Clara Goldfarb is a motion director and video artist based in Los Angeles.
Clara Goldfarb is most interested in the visual language of femininity and portraying the evolving scope of the female experience. No matter the project or product, Clara’s lens is always looking for what makes a person beautiful and always finds way to weave intimate and authentic moments into her work.
Clara connects deeply with her subjects while she captures them with high level of technical skill. Through viewing her work, Clara hopes the warmth she feels about her subjects reflects onto the audience, making them feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
She has deep experience in production and motion direction. Clara believes in preparation and precision, yet she always brings a sense of playfulness and collaboration on set. Clara has worked in social, digital and TVC advertising for over a decade, and is very excited about upcoming oppertunities for broadcast, music video and documentary projects.
Clara most often works as director, but is highly adept at overseeing post-production, often handling post on her own projects. She has partnered with global brands as a content creative director, executive producer and post-supervisor on a project by project basis.
She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tufts University in collaboration with the School of the Museum of Fine Arts where she studied video art, experimental film and editing.
